Lettuce tacos

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup shitake mushrooms and oyster mushrooms 1 cup
  • 8 sheets of lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup cabbage chopped fine finite
  • A handful of chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 chopped jalapenos
For chutney:
  • A handful of chile de arbol
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onion
  • A little salt
  • Water
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Put the mushrooms in a bowl with warm salt water a few minutes. Drain and reserve. 
  2. For the spicy sauce: put the ingredients in blender, blend and set aside. Prepare the other ingredients and dishes them separately. 
  3. To assemble tacos: grab a lettuce leaf. 
  4. First put the mushrooms. 
  5. Then tomato, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, cabbage and hot sauce on top. 
  6. Eat immediately and enjoy.
