INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup shitake mushrooms and oyster mushrooms 1 cup
- 8 sheets of lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup cabbage chopped fine finite
- A handful of chopped cilantro
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 chopped jalapenos
- A handful of chile de arbol
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 onion
- A little salt
- Water
- Put the mushrooms in a bowl with warm salt water a few minutes. Drain and reserve.
- For the spicy sauce: put the ingredients in blender, blend and set aside. Prepare the other ingredients and dishes them separately.
- To assemble tacos: grab a lettuce leaf.
- First put the mushrooms.
- Then tomato, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, cabbage and hot sauce on top.
- Eat immediately and enjoy.
